We provide guidance throughout the capital raising process working with Wall Street, Main Street and other capital providers. 

Meridian Services:

• Senior Debt- Through our specialty lending subsidiary, Agency Acquisition Capital, we are able to identify the best sources of bank financing or non-bank lending.  AAC has relationships and knowledge of key lenders including a proprietary network of more than 50 community banks that have worked with AAC on insurance industry fundings.
• Senior Debt- Deep relationships with the several non-bank lenders that focus on the insurance industry.
• Mezzanine Debt- Knowledge of mezzanine and subordinated debt providers to create additional financial leverage.   
• Private Equity-  Relationships with the key private equity firms with an interest in the insurance industry.
• Alternative Capital- MSP has relationships with non-traditional providers of capital including hedge funds, insurance companies, pension plans and others.
